I got my first camera when I was five — I like to think my photo taking skills have gotten better ever since.
Hi there! Let’s break the ice, shall we? Here’s how you pronounce my name: Ah-lee-nee — rhymes with martini — fancy, huh? I was born and raised in Brazil, came to the US at 17 and have been living here ever since. But don’t worry, I still have a Brazilian accent, that’ll never go away.
Photography has by far been my longest passion, but it isn’t the only one. I’m also a full-time design director and a visual artist. I should also mention my love for people, theater, french fries, travel, succulents, chocolate and alpacas.
